The facility has a Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX SRT cell sorter and a CytoFLEX S high-resolution cell analyzer. The sorter is specially operated by the facility administrator, and the analyzer is guided by the facility administrator to assist in the analysis and setting. The whole process of the experiment is carried out by the applicant, including start-up and cleaning procedures and the sample loading analysis process.
